A lot has changed since then and lockdown hasn't been easy for anyone but Sarah has kept working on her craft, writing new songs in the midst of the pandemic.
And she's also been in the studio with her regular producer, Harrogate music stalwart Dan Mizen.
Known for her intelligent and rapid-fire style of rapping, has just released three new tracks in the run-up to World Mental Health Day this Saturday, October 10.
