THE wedding took place at the Lansdowne Gentleman´s Club, Mayfair, London between Emma Jeapes, daughter of Liz and Martin Speller, of Helensburgh, Scotland, and Andrew Pickard, son of Jan and Rod Pickard, of Guardamar del Segura, Spain.
The bride was given away by her father and wore a strapless gown designed by Caroline Castigliano.
The bridesmaid, Amy Speller, sister of the bride wore a strapless black and white three quarter length gown. Justin Farmer, friend of the bridegroom, was best man supported by groomsmen Tom Speller, brother of the bride and Dominic Farmer, friend of the bridegroom. Music - string quartet before and after the ceremony and a live band at the evening reception.
A champagne reception was held at the Lansdowne Club followed by a four course meal. Friends and guests attended the evening party in the ballroom. Friends of the bridegroom travelled from Texas to be celebrate with the couple.
The couple spent their honeymoon touring Australia. The bridegroom is a Financial Director with EA Sports and the bride works for Deloitte LLP.
