THE presidents of the two Ripon Rotary Clubs, Bill Stockill of Ripon and Keith Hough of Ripon Rowels, welcomed about 100 guests together with Rotarians and partners to their joint Presidents' Dinner Dance at Ripon Spa Hotel on March 1.
