HAVING successfully recovered from breast cancer, Harrogate care-worker Linda Middlebrook was the special guest at a charity dinner held in her honour.
Hosted at the Rudding Park Hotel, the Middlebrook Pink Ball was organised by Larchfield Manor Residential Home where Linda
has worked for 13 years in order to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research.
Linda said: "I feel very proud and honoured. I have received tremendous support from my family and friends and everyone at Larchfield and now I've been given the all clear it's wonderful.
And there could be more good news on the way – it is hoped with sufficient local support that the ball could become an annual
event.
