Village church fete

WHIXLEY Church Fete will be held on the green at Green Hammerton on Sunday, starting at 2pm.
There will be cake, produce, plants, bric-a-brac and book stalls.
Wetherby Accordion Band are playing and there will be Maypole Dancing by the children of Green Hammerton, as well as a children’s competition and games.
Tea and cakes provided courtesy of the WI.
In case of rain, the fete will be in Whixley village hall.
