Harrogate in the Football League? Never before have we been more 'Proud To Be Town'
Whether you are a Town supporter, a sports fan, or simply just a resident of Harrogate, it cannot have escaped your notice that this coming weekend has a historic air about it.
Who would have thought that Harrogate Town could one day join the elite and ply their trade in the Football League?

There is a slight irony in the fact that Town must face their rivals from Nottingham with such a huge prize awaiting the winners.
Notts County, the oldest professional football club in the world were one of the 12 founder members of the Football League way back in 1888. Now Town must beat them if they are to become members of the league for the first time in their history.
One thing is sure, win or lose on Sunday, the motto will continue to ring true - for no matter what the result is, we will continue to be proud of our Harrogate Town.
