I WOULD like to give a big thank you to all the people in Lower Nidderdale and Bishop Monkton who voted for me in the County Council elections; I was delighted to get such a strong mandate from the electorate to represent the area. It was a privilege meeting so many people during the campaign and I am grateful for the way in which people told me of their concerns, many of which I will take forward to County Hall.
My thanks also to the team of people who helped ensure this success. I am looking forward to serving the people of the division for the next four years, whether they voted for me or not, and ask them to get in touch if there is anything they have anything they would like to discuss.
