YOUR lurid headline 'Exposed' (June 12) suggested that your article contained some ground-breaking revelations about Andrew Brons. That was obviously contradicted by your reproduction of previously published articles from your own newspaper! Everything in your article was already in the public domain.

Andrew Brons has lived in Harrogate nearly all of his life and is well known. The events surrounding the violent attempts to remove him from his position as college lecturer, when he was Chairman of the National Front in the early 1980s, are well known to Harrogate people. The attacks on him are the murky past of his opponents rather than of him.
