Bad drivers in Harrogate

IN REPLY to Mr V Platt's letter (May 2) regarding bad drivers in and around Harrogate, I agree 100 per cent with everything he said. I travel to Leeds, Ripon, York, Sheffield, Manchester and the coast and have never seen such lousy standards of driving as there are in Harrogate. It comes as no surprise with the types of people who come from there; they take their arrogant and pretentious attitudes to the wheel of their cars.
Notice the additional annoyance of the 4x4 Chelsea tractor brigade. If only they knew how utterly ridiculous and out of place they look driving through and around the Harrogate district?
