I WOULD like to take this opportunity to comment on how lovely the hanging baskets and flower troughs are in the Arcade. They catch your eye as you walk through the built-up area, and are well looked after by the staff. They are full of colour and the smell of flowers help you to relax and enjoy your shopping. I hope the remainder of the city flowers will be as lovely as these.
