MORE than 1,300 staff and pupils at Rossett School took part in a 20km sponsored walk on September 26.
They walked from the school to Norwood Village Hall and back again, in what has become a popular Rossett tradition to raise funds for local charities and to invest in pupil social facilities, and was well supported by many local residents.

"A very special day for Rossett," she said. "When whole community values inspire pupils to work together to raise money for their school and the local community."
