So from one rather portly, fortyish saggy old girl to all of you – don’t be an ostrich, have fun, enjoy life and get out and raise awareness.
Together we can beat cancer – and if I don’t run all the 5km at least I’ll have completed it, got some exercise, raised some money for a fantastic cause and done my old mum proud.
