WEST Yorkshire Trading Standards Service's Motor Trade Partnership has presented Benfield Ford, Wetherby, with an award in recognition of its excellent customer service over the last 12 months.
The West Yorkshire Motor Trade Partnership was set up seven years ago in response to the ever-increasing number of consumer complaints in relation to car sales, servicing and repairs.

Members of the Motor Trade Partnership are actively encouraged to raise standards within their businesses and the Partnership helps them achieve this.

All members’ procedures and business practices are audited to ensure that they meet the strict terms and conditions of membership.

Graham Hebblethwaite, Chief Officer of West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service said: “Benfield Ford has shown an outstanding commitment to customer service.

“This shows a great example of how the partnership is working in giving consumers of West Yorkshire the best standard of service.”
