WELCOM Software is celebrating nominations for both The City & Guilds Employer of the Year Award and The Small to Medium Business of the Year Award at the National Business Awards – North East Regional Programme 2008.
A regional finalist in last year’s National Business Awards, the Harrogate firm has grown in the past 12 months following the formation of the Welcom Software Group last April.

Incorporating e-inbusiness, an eCommerce & eMarketing agency and 2inspire, a leadership development consultancy, the group has increased its strength in the marketplace and its profitability.

The City and Guilds nomination recognised the firm’s commitment to the development and welfare of its people, reflecting the ongoing work undertaken at Welcom to motivate and develop staff.
