RAWORTHS Solicitors closed its Knaresborough office last week as part of the re-organisation and expansion of its Harrogate operation.
The firm, which has had premises on the High Street in Knaresborough since 1971, has moved into the recently-refurbished Clarendon House, in the centre of Harrogate, across the road from its head office on Station Parade.

All the firm’s solicitors will now operate from these two sites in the centre of Harrogate.

Managing partner, Christopher Butterworth said: “We wish to continue to work for old and new clients from the Knaresborough area but we now believe that to provide the best services for our clients, we need to consolidate our operations in Harrogate.

“We have greatly increased the number of staff over the past five years and this has enabled us to offer a higher level of expertise and better facilities to our clients.

“While we understand that this may inconvenience some of our existing Knaresborough clients, we hope to make the transition as painless as possible.”
